Plant-Based and Healthy
Surviving cancer, reversing obesity with weight loss, purging your pantry, and planning for a healthy family on a Plant-Based Diet - with guests Dan & Sheanne Moskaluk
In Episode #13 I had the privilege of interviewing the Moskaluks and hearing about their life saving health journey by switching to a whole-food plant-based diet. We took a deep dive into their experiences when transitioning to a strict plant-based diet for themselves as a couple, and their two children. We also discussed;
- The healing power of being plant-based
- Modern medicine acknowledging but not encouraging plant-based diets enough
- Tips for purging your pantry of unhealthy foods
- Ways to get the entire family turned on to plant-based foods
- The importance of finding your plant-based network and community
- Animal rights activism and the significance of climate change
- Their experience in being the “Canadian content” in the “Eating You Alive” documentary
